Our business operating philosophy is simple: We try our best to follow The Golden Rule. We treat our customers the way we'd like to be treated when we are customers!

Ordering Information

1. Use our secure Shopping Cart.

2. If you would like to place an order directly from us without using the shopping cart, please e-mail us at sales@ajscountrycottage.com. Indicate quantities of each item ordered and scent selections, and be sure to include your zip code so we can calculate your shipping costs. We will send you an invoice for your total amount via e-mail so you can pay either with PayPal or by money order.

Payment

We accept payment in the form of cash, money orders, and electronic transfers through our shopping cart. You may also pay by credit card by selecting the PayPal payment method at checkout. (You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this feature.)

Shipping

We're located in the Kansas City metro area, right in the middle of the U.S. We ship in USPS flat-rate priority boxes ($9.80), which will comfortably hold up to six 8-oz. square mason jar candles or up to 14 boxed bars of soap. A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.80 will automatically be added to your shopping cart when you order. Most orders can be shipped in one flat-rate box. However, should your larger order require an additional box(es) to safely ship your items, we will notify you and send an invoice for the exact additional shipping costs. We do not charge hidden fees or handling fees.

Typical turnaround time on orders: We almost always ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. We know if we don't hustle, you'll take your business elsewhere! As always, local customers may e-mail us to arrange pickup.

Insurance

Insurance is optional, but if you wish to pay for your package to be insured, please add to your cart now. We package items carefully to ensure safe arrival and all items leave our facility in perfect condition, but once the package is delivered to the shipper and out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for breaking/damage in transit. If you are concerned about protecting your purchase during shipping, please purchase optional insurance.
